We’re thrilled to announce that Lesley (Bo-Han) Yang has joined the Ncam team to help support the increasing demand for virtual production and real-time camera tracking technologies in China and the APAC region.

Lesley joins Ncam after six years as Beijing Representative at The Vitec Group, where she established new sales channels for mainland China and directed social media strategy to drive brand awareness. In her new role at Ncam, she will work closely with Ncam’s APAC Sales Director to manage all sales and marketing activities across the Greater China region, including growing our partner network. Prior to joining the team, Lesley has had extensive experience with Ncam in China, working with many of the biggest broadcasters including CCTV, Tencent, and China Film Group.

“The APAC region holds enormous potential for growth in both the film and broadcast markets,” said Ncam CEO Nic Hatch. “Lesley’s background gives her a strong overview of the wider technology landscape in which we operate, and her skills in managing the diverse demands of clients will help Ncam further establish ourselves as the go-to solution across the region.”

Lesley’s appointment follows the release of Ncam Reality 2021 and the highly anticipated Mk2 Connection Box, as well as news of Ncam doubling its global footprint with two new virtual production studio/training spaces in Eastern Europe and Latin America.
